Everyone knows that the only correct choice for making the Rigellian laborbeast with two backs in Mass Effect is a turian—specifically, one special top-shelf turian named Garrus “Archangel” Vakarian
I never really care for any romance stuff in games generally, but I'd say that Thane was arguably the most interesting and well voiced character for ME2/3, and I'd be quite sure that if all the ME characters were put into an Octagon to fight, Thane would be the last one standing.

A candle that burns twice as bright lasts half as long etc, his quotes in game even made a decent Hardstyle track...
Thane is the intense emo boy that Wynona Ryder would have a crush on during a gap year before moving on. Garrus is the man she'd fall for.

Finished a replay of all three games, along with my first run through the Citadel DLC for ME3. Installed a few texture packs (primarily MEUITM and ALOT), and the games still look pretty good.

The Citadel DLC is *hilarious* and well worth getting if you haven't already. Lots of banter and character interaction, even during firefights. It's clear that was put together with a lot of love.

The Mass Effect modding community is still going strong:

https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2020 ... to-modders
Although the ensuing ending mods were relatively renowned within Mass Effect circles, the movement didn't stop there: accepting the unlikeliness of an official remaster, these dedicated tinkerers decided to work on a complete 4K overhaul of the entire trilogy, as well as orchestrating their own original mods to boot. The aim of this enterprise is to complete Mass Effect Modding Workshop creator Ryan "Audemus" Ainsworth's own labour of love, ALOV (A Lot Of Videos), which is the result of a community-wide effort to remaster Mass Effect's inaugural iteration.

The highly-anticipated remake of BioWare's celebrated sci-fi trilogy, Mass Effect, was expected to release in October 2020, new sources claim.

Now, however, delays thought to be connected to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic might have scuppered publisher EA's plans, pushing the release back, but a source that claims to have intel on the project insists "I know it's real".

Interestingly, Grubb also advised fans to expect an upgraded version rather than full remakes of the sci-fi adventures.

BioWare today confirmed one of the worst-kept secrets in video games, announcing an HD remaster of the Mass Effect will be coming to Xbox and PlayStation consoles, as well as PC, in 2021. The company also surprised fans, however, by announcing that an all-new Mass Effect game is additionally in the works.

I do not need that at all. It’d take me years to get through.

I imagine EA Play will get it sooner or later tho, and I’ll play it.
Good ol USA, where you worry more about being killed by the police than anyone else...but that could happen too.
