(plus I need some PSN names heh :) )
Most games do a part-install by default, but generally all disc games need the disc in, unless you buy the game direct from PSN.

I love open world games in general but so far I'd take Uncharted over Infamous anyday.
Yeah the Uncharted games are great too (3rd one not so much... :| ), and you'll find there is a big jump in quality between early PS3 games and the later ones. Uncharted 1 and Uncharted 2 almost look like they are running on two different machines... :o (same for Infamous)

It was fine for me! :P, and as for strengths, there are no 360 games at all that look as good as Heavy Rain... 8)

Yeah I've played Gears 3 and it does look great, but I reckon that's about the limit of what a 360 could push graphically without getting unplayable.

But the very best top tier PS3 games have a noticeable quality edge (obviously multi-platform titles are 50/50, and earlier ones always favoured the 360), Heavy Rain, InFamous 2, God of War 3/Ascension, Uncharted 2/3 all look pretty damn stellar with minor aliasing. Though I think 'The Last Of Us' has probably raised the bar a little bit more again, it almost looks like it could be a PS4 title... :-k

Stick with it, it starts off slow (mainly story fill out, introduction of characters), then gets... quite intense and dramatic! :o

Twists and turns.... 8)

The new HTML based Store is quite crap tbh, the old native one was much better but it took up too much memory apparently, so they ditched it.

I liked to play Infamous. IIRC it wasn't particularly difficult... :-k

I usually started my sequence with a area strike, and then got to work on each gang member with a sequence of punchs and kicks.

Are you healing yourself between matches? You have to absorb energy from buildings and cars to do so. You have to gather parts around the map to increase your "health" as well. It was more difficult when you got to a part that wasn't reconnected to the grid yet, you have to work on dodging.

Sony will soon stop PS3 production and shipments in Japan:

It had a good run, and outsold the 360 in the end.
