Regarding the Activision lawsuit:

https://kotaku.com/inside-blizzard-deve ... 1847378762
One ex-Blizzard source familiar with the people presented in the pictures identified an HR representative as one of the Blizzard employees present in the hotel room.
...
“Bring em,” replies Afrasiabi. “You can’t marry ALL of them Alex,” Kosak writes. “I can, I’m middle eastern,” responds Afrasiabi. Jesse McCree, currently a lead game designer at Blizzard, then writes, “You misspelled fuck.”

It took me two years and 300 hours to beat Sekiro
I got gud

For games like Sekiro (and anything by From Software really), although difficult, they have perfectly balanced control with critical timing and that's why they are the most rewarding.
I never really remember the easy games I've played in quite the same detail, but the tough (but fair) ones are all burnt nicely in my memory.

TL;DR - Gaming PC's are not explicitly banned due to the CEC Tier 2 rules, but they do have to comply based on their form factor/peripherals etc. Ironically SFF 'Gaming' systems are more difficult to produce under the new standard.

Gamersnexus did a video on the same subject:

I particularly liked how he highlighted the PSU requirement has been around since 2008, and lines up with 80Plus Gold

JFC, some of the stories in this:

https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2021 ... ionisation
Waypoint reported that Blizzard recruiters asked a security researcher if she "liked being penetrated", among other inappropriate comments, at a job fair in 2015.
...
A former vice president alleged an executive asked her to have sex with him "because she 'deserved to have some fun' after her boyfriend had died weeks earlier".
And of course Ubisoft haven't done much since last year:

https://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2021 ... eir-allies
"It's exhausting, frustrating and it's counter to the messaging they give us." That was the reaction of one Ubisoft developer to CEO Yves Guillemot's email to staff last night.

I'm going to guess nothing will be changing at Activision - this is the executive who wrote their initial response to the suit:
And some background on their other execs:
