Think Hollow Knight in 3D!

Joking aside, just like MetroidVania titles are their own genre, the SoulsBorne titles are all very similar in style.

Basically they are fighting RPG's I guess with unique online invasions, glorious atmospheres, very technically challenging but highly rewarding.
Dark Souls Remastered would be the best one to toe dip into, it'll be cheap to buy now and it'll run well on a potato APU.

I tried the "Prepare to die" edition a while ago, wasn't too impressed (locked at 30fps, weird non-customisable controls IIRC), but I suppose it was just a bad port.

Will look into the remaster :sweet:
No sig due to budget cuts.

Oh indeed, the old Dark Souls 1 PC port was pretty horrible, thankfully the Remastered edition was really well optimised, runs lovely. :sweet:
I could run it at 1080p60 w/FXAA settings on a 3400G IIRC.
