This reminded me of that competition for the smallest demo (30K?) which has compressed or on the fly textures...

Usually 4k for PC, but they can go as low as 12 bytes occasionally... 8)

IRS backtracks on whether video game currencies are taxable
But it’s still unclear if you need to report them

On Wednesday, the IRS quietly changed a provision on its website that said transactions of virtual currency like Fortnite’s V-bucks were taxable and may have to be reported on tax returns, as reported by CNN.

Heh they don't have the manpower and nobody has the records. Indeed. If they were going to do it they'd have to have the balls to properly tax businesses.

It's possible though I wouldn't be surprised if they don't...the quoted text suggests the enduser is the one paying taxes, and there's no guarantee the publisher can still get ahold of said user. Obviously that would all be retarded (which is hardly new in the US, but.)

However, the IRS’ inclusion of video game currencies was apparently a mistake. IRS chief counsel Michael Desmond told reporters today that the issue was “corrected and that was done quickly—as soon as it was brought to our attention,”
